1.0 Material Description: Polymer:
SOILOC-MQ is an economical, liquid blend of acrylic resins. It is supplied in a milky white, highly concentrated form to be diluted with water prior to use. Dries clear. Environmentally safe. Non-corrosive to metal. Meets all requirements for non-asphaltic emulsions.
2.0 Intended Use:
SOILOC-MQ is intended to be used on mine & quarry sites. It is designed to be sprayed over disturbed soil, haul roads, sand, coal, coke, ore, lime, slag, ash & other fine powders. When dried the material forms a crusty seal reducing airborne dust (PM-10) and erosion. It can be applied with standard hydraulic equipment including hydro-sprayers & water trucks.
3.0 HAUL ROAD DUST CONTROL:
|Application Method A:
(Regular watering using SOILOC-MQ concentrate as additive):In some cases surface watering is still the best method to control dust. When repeated waterings are planned SOILOC-MQ can be applied as an additive. To water. Mix 1 gal concentrate with 500 gal water and apply at .75 gal / s.y. With repeated applications the additive will build up. This is an economical way to immediately slow evaporation, improve penetration and over time create a highly stabilized surface.

4.0 STOCKPILE COVER:

Application rate: Covers 1 acre:
*Use above application rates as general guidelines. Use higher dilution rates for more absorbing soils.
5.0 Drying Time:
3 hours – 48 hours depending on temperature, humidity, and surface moisture content. Do not apply when temperature is below 40 degrees F or rain is imminent.

7.0 Caution: HARMFUL IF SWALLOWED!
7.1 Storage: KEEP FROM FREEZING!
All equipment can be cleaned with water if clean up occurs immediately after application.
